SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders can be tracked through Australia Post's tracking system. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include a confirmation of your shipping details and the tracking number. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Australia Post Insurance:Â most services come with up to $100 compensation for loss or damage. If your item is valued over $100, you can elect to purchase Extra Cover at checkout, which provides compensation for loss or damage for up to $5,000 (or $500 for some services). Please note that we are not affiliated with Australia Post and cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost parcels. All claims will be required to be initiated with Australia Post by our customers as their policy is, only the person to whom the item is addressed can present the item at a Post Office to complete a damage report. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer returns on a change-of-mind basis. Please make sure you read the description carefully.
DELIVERY
We retain ownership and title of the goods we supply to you until we have received the full price for the goods, applicable delivery charges, and dispatched your order. Once your order has been dispatched to you (or has otherwise been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions), as evidenced by confirmation provided to us by Australia Post, you assume full responsibility for and risk in the goods.
