RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the interest of health & hygiene, we do not offer refunds and exchanges on any items where you have changed your mind. Please make sure you read the description carefully. 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked and photographed prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. After this duration, claims will not be accepted. MIMA cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transit. Any claims for items damaged in transit will be required to be directed to Australia Post by you, as per their policy.  All faulty items will be fully inspected before a replacement or refund can be issued and the return postage fee will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event, the item is in fact faulty, a refund for postage will be issued upon receiving a valid receipt. Our studio must receive the product in the original packaging and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn. MIMA reserves the right to reject a return if we believe this not to be the case.

Exchange or refunds are not eligible if the damage is due to tarnishing, misuse; tampering; modifications not undertaken by us; alterations not undertaken by us; repairs not undertaken by us; or a failure to follow the care instructions.

If a reasonable amount of time has passed, i.e 28 days and your item becomes faulty and upon inspection, can be fixed a repair fee may be applicable. The postage fee will be the responsibility of the customer. Our discretion is relied upon in this instance. Please note that our jewellery is marketed as vintage and pre-loved where by imperfections and delicacy may exist.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
