All of our parcels are sent locally and internationally via Australia Post. Our customers have the option of standard tracked and express tracked shipping. Shipping options and costs will be automatically calculated, based on your location, at checkout. All orders can be tracked through Australia Post's tracking system. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include a confirmation of your shipping details and the tracking number.  https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search Australia Post Insurance: most services come with up to $100 compensation for loss or damage. If your item is valued over $100, you can elect to purchase Extra Cover at checkout, which provides compensation for loss or damage for up to $5,000 (or $500 for some services). Please note that we are not affiliated with Australia Post and cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost parcels. All claims will be required to be initiated with Australia Post by our customers as their policy is, only the person to whom the item is addressed can present the item at a Post Office to complete a damage report. For our pre-loved and vintage collection, most of the pieces we sell have slight imperfections and require delicate treatment. Tarnishing is not a manufacturers fault and we are not responsible for the aftercare of your jewellery.
The following precautions should be taken:  
♡Jewellery should be stored away separately in its protective pouch/box. 
♡ Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions or other chemicals.
♡ Clean the pieces with a clean cloth.
♡ Keep away from water: do not immerse in water.
♡ Remove jewellery when bathing, showering or swimming.
♡ Remove Jewellery before going to bed or participating in physical activity. 

WHAT IS MIMA ALL ABOUT? We source authentic pre-loved and vintage items and resell and/or repurpose them.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION? Please make sure the email address you enter when making your order is correct. Please check your junk mail.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation together with an Australia Post tracking number. Please enter that number at this link: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE? Please refer to our descriptions as the materials utilised will always be listed there but we predominately work with gold and platinum plated findings.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY? Please refer to our product care guide.

DO YOU PROVIDE RESTOCKS? All of out restocks are unknown and dependent on what we are able to source within the pre-loved and vintage market. You can sign up to be alerted in the event an item you are interested in becomes available again.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? Unfortunately due to the current pandemic and in the interest of hygiene, we do not offer returns on a change of mind basis. Please make sure you read the description carefully.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY? All our items are quality checked and photographed prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence. If your item has arrived faulty due to been damaged in transit, we will direct you to make a claim for compensation through Australia Post. If a reasonable amount of time has passed, i.e 28 days and your item becomes faulty and upon inspection, can be fixed a repair fee may be applicable. The postage fee will be the responsibility of the customer. Our discretion is relied upon in this instance. Please note that our jewellery is marketed as vintage and pre-loved where by imperfections and delicacy may exist.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY JEWELLERY TARNISHES? Jewellery tarnish is caused when the surface of the metal comes into contact with body oils, makeup, sulphur , sweat, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, and other external substances. Tarnish varies from looking slightly dull to totally black, depending on the metal and how you wear and care for your jewellery. Tarnishing is not a manufacturers fault and we accept no liability if your piece is to tarnish. Please follow our product care guide.
